Position: Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Location: Wandsworth
Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and those who require additional learning help.
- Collaborate with teachers to deliver tailored learning plans, ensuring all students can engage with the curriculum.
- Assist with classroom management, promoting a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning atmosphere.
- Support students' social and emotional well-being, helping them build confidence and independence.
- Contribute to administrative tasks, including maintaining student records and tracking progress as part of individualized learning plans.

About You:
- Experience in a similar role, ideally within a secondary school environment.
- A compassionate, patient, and positive attitude toward supporting young people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for education and a desire to make a meaningful impact.
- Relevant qualifications (such as NVQ Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) are beneficial but not required.
