Location: Secondary School, Greenwich
Contract Type: Full-Time, Long-Term (Until the End of the Academic Year)
Salary: Competitive, Dependent on Experience

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Behaviour Mentor to join our supportive team at a well-regarded secondary school in Greenwich. This rewarding role will allow you to work closely with students who may need extra guidance to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Build positive, supportive relationships with students, acting as a trusted mentor and role model.
- Support students in managing and improving their behaviour, fostering a positive learning environment.
- Work one-to-one or in small groups with students to address behavioural challenges and build resilience.
- Collaborate with teachers and pastoral staff to develop and implement effective behavioural strategies.
- Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to staff and parents where necessary.
- Contribute to the wider school community, promoting inclusion and respect.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children (school, youth work, or similar setting).
- A valid DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
- A genuine passion for helping young people achieve their potential.
